As the ATF holds Jonathan Washington, the gun-bust operation seems close to wrapping up. However, chaos erupts when "The Bloody Pierce," a ruthless Russian assassin clad in bulletproof attire, appears and begins erasing crucial evidence. With whispers of a mole within the ATF and casualties among their ranks, Bill and the Gunsmith Cats are pushed into the shadows. Following a lead from Washington, the Cats discover a gunrunner's arms cache, but their luck runs out when guards detect them. In a desperate race against time, Rally must charge in to save her friend Minnie May from the clutches of the deadly Bloody Pierce.
