Dee Dee decides to take a pregnancy test, while Mona thinks she's being overly dramatic since her period is just a day late. Just as Dee Dee is about to see the results, her mother barges in, needing to use the restroom. Meanwhile, Big Dee Dee also takes a pregnancy test and is shocked to discover it’s positive. After the initial surprise, she and Charles embrace the news. Big Dee Dee revels in the moment, especially as Phyllis had assumed she was entering menopause. Mona, meanwhile, is hurt to learn that Spencer has been quietly dating Camille. He explains he wanted to wait until the relationship felt solid. Phyllis scolds Mona for letting "her" man slip away, while Adam insists Spencer has moved on and claims he’s happy with Camille. Ultimately, Mona reconciles with Spencer and expresses her genuine happiness for him.
