Meanwhile, Dee Dee organizes a "legends ball" to lift her mother’s spirits, who is feeling down due to her stalled acting career, but faces the disappointment of low attendance from the invited guests. On a different note, Spencer splurges on an enormous new truck, only to find himself in a tight financial situation as the cost of gas becomes overwhelming.
