Mona finds out that her friends have been spending time with Chase without her knowledge. As Gus heads out of town, he hands over the reins of the office to Brett. When Dee Dee hears from her coworkers that Brett is jealous of her new role, she steps in to maintain harmony at work. At the same time, as Mona starts therapy, she comes to the important realization that she needs to reclaim her life and make changes for the better.
