In this episode, the guys at the shop decide to have some fun at their grumpy boss Rex's expense, playfully suggesting he's shrinking as he ages. Meanwhile, at the Café, Julie enjoys a break from work, taking a solo vacation to embrace her newfound freedom. Her stand-in, Mike, quickly learns that trying to blend work and romance can lead to complications he didn’t anticipate.
