On the isolated Selkie Island, royal Historian Hovar is tasked with exploring its ancient ruins, but peril lurks in the form of fierce wild animals, and his ammunition supply is dwindling. To help, Man-At-Arms has created a sonic device known as the VHO (Variable High-frequency Oscillator) that emits high-frequency sounds to repel the creatures. Adam and Teela embark on a voyage to Selkie with the VHO, but their ship is ambushed by Merman, who unleashes the fearsome Kraken. In the chaos, Teela is captured, and the VHO is stolen. Can Adam transform into He-Man in time to rescue Teela, retrieve the VHO, and reach Hovar before it's too late?
