Haunted by his previous failure to seize The Cosmic Comet, Skeletor concludes that his only chance lies in dominating Zagraz, the guardian of the comet. He dispatches Two Bad to apprehend Zagraz, and once he has the comet keeper in his grasp, Skeletor plots to unleash the comets on both the Royal Palace and Castle Grayskull.
