While recovering from surgery in the hospital, Hetty stumbles upon a group of nurses operating a robbery scheme, and she takes it upon herself to exonerate D.C.I. Adams, who’s been wrongfully accused of sexual assault. At the same time, Hetty’s brother-in-law, Frank, finds himself entangled with a seductive widow, complicating his life further.
