A clock enthusiast begins to fear he’s received stolen merchandise when two menacing thugs deliver a precious antique clock for him to fix. At the same time, Frank and Janet inadvertently breach Hetty's top rule by involving themselves in a couple's argument. Strangely enough, the two situations end up being connected.
