Brendon, Jason, and Melissa embark on creating a suspenseful thriller reminiscent of Hitchcock in hopes of impressing a local video store clerk who organizes a film festival. Meanwhile, Coach McGuirk finds himself frequenting a diner, attempting to charm a roller-skating waitress and aspiring actress named Fred. At the same time, Paula is on a mission to secure a refund from her hairstylist, leading to humorous confrontations.
