Kikuru and Maidena venture into Mebuki Forest on a mission to gather a special flower called "Damalpina," known for its pollen that induces silence. Feeling somewhat at ease since this quest doesn't involve battling demons, the duo lets their guard down. However, disaster strikes when a monster's lengthy tail ensnares Maidena, causing her to inadvertently inhale the pollen while she was off on her own.
