Episode Overview

Title: Bestest Friend Plot: After Zim throws a dramatic fit over his lunch options, he catches a conversation among classmates criticizing his odd behavior and lack of friends. Eager to fit in, Zim reluctantly befriends a fellow student named Keef. However, once Zim feels he has adapted enough to be seen as "normal," he attempts to ditch Keef. To Zim's frustration, Keef is persistent and won't take the hint. In a bid to reclaim his solitude, Zim resorts to unconventional tactics to finally shake off his overly eager companion.
