Episode Overview

On a night out, Eve Whitfield finds herself in a life-or-death situation when she fatally shoots an armed robber attempting to attack her. Struggling with her actions, she learns that the assailant was only seventeen, leading her to question her skills as a police officer. The community, largely viewing him as a well-behaved youth, adds to her turmoil. However, as the investigation unfolds, it becomes clear that the teenager's true character was far more complex and troubling than anyone realized.
