Fran Belding takes on the task of housesitting for her friend, but soon finds herself receiving unsettling phone calls that escalate in menace. As a nearby murder occurs and the calls grow increasingly threatening, the Chief grows concerned for Fran's safety. Determined to catch the person behind the harassment, he devises a plan to ensnare the culprit before it’s too late.
