Episode Overview

During a night out at a club, Fran, Mark, and Ed encounter a psychic who reveals chilling insights about a recent arson. Intrigued, the Chief decides to meet with the psychic in hopes of uncovering more information. As they delve deeper, he realizes that the psychic has been experiencing genuine visions related to the arsonist he has been trying to catch, but has struggled to persuade the police of their validity.
