S1E4 Charlie Has Cancer

Title: Charlie's Diagnosis Plot: When Charlie learns he may have cancer, Mac and Dennis set out to find a woman willing to be intimate with him. During their quest, Mac unexpectedly develops feelings for a transgender woman named Carmen, whom he meets at the bar. Meanwhile, Dee struggles with the increased responsibilities in Charlie's absence and urges Dennis to bring on a friend who has recently lost her acting job to help lighten her burden.
