Jane and Michael are nearly reunited! Jane tries to facilitate a truce between Rafael and Michael, but her efforts don’t succeed. Meanwhile, Rafael is brooding over his heartbreak and neglecting Petra's needs during her pregnancy. Xo and Rogelio have split due to their differing views on the baby, yet they continue to behave like a couple, which concerns Jane. In the midst of this chaos, Rogelio brings on a new assistant named Paolo, whose charm seems almost unreal.
