After a Dixie Mafia soldier is killed while incarcerated, Raylan sets out to track down a long-evaded fugitive whose identification was discovered in a diplomatic pouch concealed in Arlo's home. At the same time, Boyd grows increasingly wary of the St. Cyr siblings, believing they are sabotaging his drug operation.
