Title: Araucaria Plot: In the scenic town of Winmalee, NSW, chef Anthony and his partner Lauren run a restaurant nestled at the foot of the Blue Mountains. Despite the beautiful surroundings, they face a significant challenge: their restaurant is hidden behind a pokies room, making it hard for potential diners to find them. After just 11 months of operating under their lease, they're struggling to generate enough income to cover staff wages.
