Title: Episode 1 Plot: Jools welcomes a mix of classic and contemporary musicians to the iconic Alexandra Palace Theatre in north London. Returning to the stage are Irish singer-songwriter Hozier, who shares new tracks from his latest EP, Eat Your Young, and 2021 Mercury Prize recipient Arlo Parks, showcasing songs from her eagerly awaited second album, My Soft Machine. The lineup also features debut appearances from Irish folk artist Lisa O'Neill, presenting a song from her fifth album, All of This Is Chance, soulful trio Thee Sacred Souls with a track from their self-titled EP, and rising drum and bass star venbee. Additionally, Jools converses with renowned music photographer Jill Furmanovsky about her retrospective exhibition at Manchester Central Library, marking 50 years of capturing iconic music moments.
