Joel Grey debuts as Owny O'Reilly in this episode. Owny, a young troublemaker, stirs up chaos in town while his brother Jack is on the run after a payroll heist. After Jack's accomplice, Samson, tosses the stolen cash into a well, Owny discovers it and decides to keep it for himself. To avoid raising suspicion, he starts being friendly with those around him. Lily takes a liking to him and offers him a job. Ultimately, Jack and Samson are apprehended, and Owny is seen as having turned his life around.
