After being caught breaking the rules, Hope, Lizzie, Josie, and MG find themselves doing community service in the Mystic Falls town square. At the same time, Landon and Rafael's quest for an easygoing life on the road spirals into danger as they become unintentional targets. Meanwhile, Alaric comes to the troubling conclusion that his decision to keep secrets from his students might be doing more damage than he intended.
