S1E1 The Encounter

Okada Satoshi, a third-year middle school student and the leader of the choir club, finds himself unexpectedly confronted by a yakuza named Narita Kyoji at the choir competition. Kyoji invites him, saying, "Let’s go sing karaoke!" It turns out that Kyoji is part of the Matsuribayashi gang, which holds an annual karaoke contest. He’s seeking Satoshi's help for singing lessons to avoid being labeled the worst performer.
