The Look Around You Music 2000 Competition takes center stage, aiming to discover the sounds that will define the year 2000. Each of the three contestants has thirty seconds to showcase their vision of future music. Among them, Anthony Carmichael makes history with England's inaugural rap performance. The judging panel features the renowned music authority, the Ghost of Tchaikovsky, who communicates via an interpreter. Also present is Sir Alan Rees, the chairman of the Royal Pop and Rock Association, who just happens to hold the title of reigning French-kissing champion.
