Title: A Creep in the Deep Plot: The Loonatics face off against Adolpho, a genetically altered dolphin with psychic powers that allow him to manipulate marine life and obliterate human creations in the ocean. As Adolpho and his band of vengeful dolphins plot an assault on Acmetropolis, the Loonatics must rise to the challenge and thwart their plans to wreak havoc on the surface world.
