On Ha Ha Ha Day, Love Monster drops by to see Dr. Piggles, only to discover that his friend is suffering from hiccups, making it hard for him to bring joy to his patients. Dr. Piggles requests Love Monster to step in for him while he takes a break, promising to stay close by for support. However, as Dr. Piggles' hiccups intensify, he has to retreat to the back room, leaving Love Monster to come up with creative ways to entertain the patients on his own.
