Takina Inoue, a covert agent known as a "Lycoris" tasked with safeguarding Japan, receives new orders that send her to the café LycoReco following a particular incident. Excited about the prospect of reuniting with the top-tier Lycoris, Chisato, Takina anticipates a return to the DA. However, her experience at LycoReco quickly turns into a series of bizarre events that challenge her expectations at every turn.
