During a year-end clearance event, a used-car dealership turns deadly when one of the owners is killed in a bomb blast. As the team investigates the incident to uncover the culprit, Rusty takes precautionary measures by wearing a bullet-proof vest, closely monitored by Lt. Chuck Cooper, a supervisor from the Special Investigation Section. Rusty's determination to protect himself and Sharon leads him to take significant risks in pursuit of the individual behind the threats against their lives.
