Hal is mistakenly identified by his new boss as the boss himself, and he decides to go along with the mix-up. Meanwhile, Malcolm is participating in a three-legged scavenger hunt with the girl he has a crush on. He gets upset after revealing his feelings, only to find out she’s interested in someone else. Reese is also in the hunt, initially annoyed by his clumsy partner, but they soon bond over their shared enjoyment of overpowering other teams and swiping their items. Meanwhile, Lois struggles to keep Dewey safe while also managing the antics of a wild woman and now has to deal with her husband too. Francis continues to undermine his own team, this time during a game on the ice.
