Malcolm in the Middle (2000)
S6E11 Dewey's Opera
Lois gets a shiny new king-sized bed, but Hal misinterprets her intentions, believing she wants to create space between them, and he refuses to share it. Dewey, touched by a televised opera, is spurred to compose his own, titled "The Marriage Bed," which draws inspiration from his parents' arguments and becomes a school play. Meanwhile, Malcolm and Reese embark on constructing their own street luge board, while little Jamie finds himself smitten with the adorable baby girl living across the street.
