As Francis and Piama decide to throw a party at home for Francis' 21st birthday, Hal recalls a childhood promise he made to his son about a motorcycle trip, which Lois promptly disapproves. Undeterred, Hal and Francis sneak away for their thrilling escapade, leaving the women behind. Meanwhile, Malcolm, Dewey, and Reese find themselves trapped in their own house, at the mercy of a neighborhood bully.
