S1E11 Munamori Village

Chifusa and Kaede arrive in the devastated Munemori village, the ancestral home of Chifusa's mother. There, they meet Chifusa's grandmother and her aunt, Tsuhuya Munemori, who is accompanied by her infant daughter, Hazuki. Tsuhuya agrees to mentor Chifusa in mastering the Breast Flow technique. Meanwhile, Kagefusa and Kokage take Ouka to Edo village for a day filled with amusement and an evening of revelry. During their night out, Kagefusa and Ouka share their feelings about Muneyuki until a courier delivers urgent news. The next day, before training starts, Chifusa's grandmother reveals the tragic tale of her mother’s suicide, intended to prevent the Manyu from exploiting the Breast Flow technique. Driven by this revelation, Chifusa is determined to learn the technique and challenge the Manyu's oppressive rule.
