Corny requests Robert Troll to dispose of a large quantity of paint stain in a nearby creek. This careless act leads to a foul odor and tarnishes the Castle fountain. In response, King Friday commands Corny to halt all manufacturing until the pollution is addressed and the area is restored to its former state.
