Rogers explores the different sounds made by a car horn, a trumpet, and a bicycle bell. Upon his visit to Negri's Music Shop, he encounters the talented trumpeter Ben Benack. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday receives his new airplane and recruits Yoshi Ito to be its pilot.
