In this episode, Mister Rogers showcases a variety of puppets from different countries, courtesy of the Lovelace Marionette Theatre. He visits Elsie Neal's shop, where she is assisting Terri and Chrissy Thompson in preparing for their puppet performance. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Lady Elaine is gearing up for her remote television project. The opening act features Lady Aberlin dressed as a primitive witch, which frightens Henrietta.
