Mister Rogers arrives with two cheerful orange balloons and begins by singing "Did You Know." Shortly after, Mr. McFeely visits with a film showcasing the balloon-making process. In the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, Neighbor Aber and Prince Tuesday explore Lady Elaine's special exhibit, filled with colorful balloons and lively dancers. Prince Tuesday's excitement dims when Lady Elaine mentions that King Friday and Queen Sara might not return from their trip. Handyman Negri, who is tidying up outside the castle, reassures Prince Tuesday about his concerns. Following Neighbor Aber's suggestion, they decide to call King Friday and Queen Sara to lift the Prince's spirits.
