Mister Rogers introduces viewers to a quarter and a nickel from his coin purse, both minted in 1928, the year of his birth. He invites everyone to join him on a trip to a coin manufacturing facility for a behind-the-scenes look at how coins are made. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, King Friday and Miss Paulificate are busy making calls to determine how to address concerns that Southwood might be producing bombs. When Corney is questioned about whether his production could be linked to bomb-making, he casually responds, acknowledging the possibility but expressing skepticism about the need for so many bombs, as he’s busy crafting a million parts.
