Mister Rogers enters with a toy dump truck and promptly begins filling its bed with wooden blocks on the floor. He then constructs a small bridge using the blocks while singing "You've Got To Do It." Soon after, Mr. McFeely arrives, bringing a portrait of Mrs. McFeely created by Bob Trow. He invites Mister Rogers to the Neighborhood art center, where Mr. Trow is currently working on a portrait of Mr. McFeely, sparking creativity and appreciation for art in the neighborhood.
