With Reichwein's assistance, Schubert delves into his past, uncovering his connection to Johan through Karl Neumann's biological mother. As the news of Tenma's arrest spreads, reactions vary widely, with shock and horror from most, while Eva Heinemann adamantly demands retribution for Tenma’s rejection. Meanwhile, Suk attempts to leave the hospital to support Tenma but is halted by the Prague Police, who inform him that Grimmer has sent a note clearing him of any involvement in the officers' deaths. Runge also learns about the arrest but is more intrigued by the Mansion of Red Roses, where he discovers a letter that may have been intended for the twins' mother. Ultimately, Tenma is sent back to Dusseldorf.
