Sasuke launches an attack on Naruto, but Sai holds him back, only for both of them to be knocked aside by Sasuke's Chidori Nagashi. Sakura rushes at Sasuke, but Yamato steps in and gets pierced by Sasuke’s special blade charged with Chidori energy. Meanwhile, the Nine-Tailed Fox tries to entice Naruto with its immense power, but he turns it down. Sasuke notices this through his Sharingan, manifesting in Naruto’s mind. The Nine-Tails comments that Sasuke’s chakra is reminiscent of Madara Uchiha, and Sasuke then suppresses its power. As the Nine-Tails is forced back into its cage, it warns Sasuke against killing Naruto, cautioning that he would regret it deeply.
