Naruto figures out that Fuuka's secret lies in her ability to swap bodies to control different elements, and that her hair is key to maintaining her youth and form. After damaging her hair, it becomes animated and begins to attack, but Naruto ultimately destroys it with a Rasengan. Meanwhile, Asuma manages to escape the electric barrier, confronts Kitane, and swiftly defeats him. With Kitane gone and his three allies dead, Furido makes the other three ninja guardians vanish. However, Furido has a contingency plan in the form of Sora.
