The sealing team persists in their mission to contain the Sanbi as Kakashi and his allies battle a monstrous creature created from the fusion of Kigiri, Nurari, and Kihou. Kabuto unveils Orochimaru's intentions concerning the Sanbi, leading to a confrontation between him and Naruto. Meanwhile, Guren defends Yukimaru from the resurrected Rinji, also brought back by Kabuto. In a heroic act, Guren sacrifices herself to save Yukimaru, unleashing his full potential. Now, determined to protect Yukimaru, Naruto steels himself to confront the unleashed Sanbi.
