Every decade, the devotees of Houdzuigami and Fudzukigami engage in a fierce conflict to decide the future of their realm. Natsume is contacted by the followers of Houdzukigami, who ask her to impersonate their absent deity. Meanwhile, Natori is tasked with locating this lost god or sealing away Fudzukigami before he emerges victorious.
