Callen and Sam are caught in an armed submarine, which terrorists plan to use to strike an aircraft carrier off the coast of San Diego. Ignoring orders, Hetty decides to skip her trip to Washington. Meanwhile, the team works tirelessly to track down Callen and Sam while also trying to prevent the imminent terrorist assault.
