NCIS comes into possession of a hard drive featuring a lifelike deep fake video of a dead terrorist, prompting them to track down the perilous technology responsible for it. As they embark on their mission, their communications are suddenly compromised, revealing that one of their own has fallen prey to the very dangers posed by the deep fake.
