Sam and Kilbride find themselves at odds over a case tied to an arms dealer linked to the murder of ATF agents. Their investigation brings them to a powerful colonel, a personal acquaintance of Kilbride’s, who is suspected of providing weapons to militia organizations. Meanwhile, Kensi and Fatima go undercover at a rehabilitation center to gather information from the arms dealer’s girlfriend.
