However, her newfound "fandom" begins to clash with her relationship with Nick, a devoted Chicago Bulls fan. Meanwhile, Winston decides to follow Schmidt at work, where Schmidt is tasked with mentoring Ed (Bob Gunton), an intern in his sixties, to help the company steer clear of a potential age discrimination lawsuit.
