In the year 5012 AD, extraterrestrial beings, referred to as "Aliens," launch their assault on Earth. As humanity has retreated to the moon, a fierce conflict rages between the "androids" created by humans and the "Machine Lifeforms" engineered by the Aliens. This report concerns the support unit known as "Pod 042." During the 243rd Descent Operation on March 10, 11945, this unit will assist Android "2B" from the "YoRHa Soldiers." Following this, Pod 042 will provide regular updates on mission progress alongside "Pod 153," which is supporting YoRHa Aircraft Soldier "9S" in this collaborative effort.
