As law enforcement tries to execute a warrant, a suspect makes a run for it, sparking a chase. During their efforts, they apprehend a person believed to have assaulted a homeless man with a stick. A weapon is discovered lying in the street, prompting further inquiries. Meanwhile, officers are also looking into a recent robbery at a nearby convenience store.
