Stewart begins experiencing dreams featuring an alien that only communicates during his steamy fantasies. Driven by curiosity and embarrassment, he turns to A.R.T. and Zalian's peculiar medicine cabinet for help in establishing this unusual first contact. Meanwhile, tensions rise when Karen confronts Michael about his affair with Tina, resulting in an explosive slap. This incident leads to a mandatory HR arbitration session, which is presided over by Tina, who lacks impartiality in the situation.
